How does Doory check service providers?
Providers must supply New Zealand business and identity details. Where a trade licence is required, Doory checks the relevant public register before the provider can quote for that work.
When are my contact details shared?
Providers see the job information needed to decide whether to respond. Your direct contact details stay private until you choose the provider you want to contact.
How do I pay for the work?
You agree the price and payment arrangements directly with your chosen provider. The provider invoices you, and Doory does not add commission to the completed job.
Can I use a provider again?
Yes. You can save a provider as a favourite and use Rebook to start a new enquiry based on earlier work.
